Today the architectural style of homes has changed a lot since the days of the ranch style one storey bungalow. Nowadays most homes are at least two stories if not 3 or 4 stories high. This has created more risks for the roofing contractor doing the work. Homeowners need to make sure their contracts have adequate safety training like “Working from Heights” to ensure the job is done safely. Today installers have various means of securing t themselves suing safety lines and harnesses. When a harness can’t be used a Zoom Boom may be required to get the job done safely.
