When the hot weather hits your attic space builds up more and more heat as the season progresses.

This added heat needs to be dissipated in order to prevent any condensation from forming inside your attic space.  This can be done in various ways either from the soffit or from the roof level.  Standard breather vents should be placed strategically approximately 3 feet from the top of the roof peak. One regular roof vent vents 400 square feet of roof space. They are fabricated from extruded durable plastics that resistant to UV rays and rodent damage.
